frequently asked questions

WHAT MAKES THE FIRST LOOK PHOTOGRAPHY DIFFERENT?

You are able to book the perfect wedding package for you because you get to create it. No more collections to choose from and being stuck with things you don’t need. You decide how many hours you need, what kind of album you want, and if you even want a second shooter. We chat with you about your wedding day vision and then put it all together and give you amazing photos of your wedding day.

CAN WE RECEIVE THE RAW FILES OR VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM OUR WEDDING OR SESSION?

No. Under no circumstances do we offer the RAW files or RAW Video footage for any session booked with us. Please do not ask.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY IMAGES?

When you book a portrait session the turnaround time is 14 days from the date of your shoot.

When booking a wedding the turnaround time for a full wedding gallery is 30 days from the date of your sneak peeks.

WHAT ARE SNEAK PEEKS?

Sneak peeks are roughly 15-25 images delivered 3-4 days after the wedding that are watermarked for sharing on social media and with family and friends.

The images of the full gallery will not be watermarked.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET?

Your online gallery will include 20-30 images for a portrait session. A wedding gallery contains about 50 images per hour of shooting.

So if we are shooting your wedding for 8 hours you will receive 400+ images. As a documentary wedding photography team, we want to make sure

we capture all the important moments and quality over quantity is important.

So you won’t receive duplicate images and each image has a certain amazing spark!

ARE THE IMAGES EDITED?

All of the images from our portrait sessions as well as weddings are color corrected and cropped and straightened.

Your images will not be retouched.

DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
